The School Supply Project

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am part of the Project Orphans Team. This month, I am traveling to Uganda for two weeks and I want to do something simple yet meaningful for the kids we serve. Many of the children are in school, but basic supplies don’t always last the full year. Things like pencils, notebooks, colors, and even small daily needs like canteen/snack money can make a big difference—especially for kids in boarding school who don’t have family support. Together, we can make sure every Project Orphans child walks into school equipped. Instead of bringing items from the U.S., I’ll be purchasing everything in-country, supporting the local economy and making sure we get exactly what the kids need. I’ll be sharing the process on our social media channels so you can follow along and see the direct impact of your generosity. The kids will even get to say thank you!
